Pet policy:
You are required to provide Management with desired breed, weight, age, immunization, & vaccination records. Upon Management approval, an additional deposit of $200.00 per cat and $400.00 per dog is required, as well as a monthly fee of $35.00 per cat and $55.00 per dog. Two animal maximum per apartment. Breed restrictions apply for both cats and dogs. No larger than 35 pounds for dogs. Please call our Leasing Office for complete Pet Policy information.
